Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Ship Your Return
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
